Preferences

In order to create a Preference for Old Dominion Freight Lines in the Multi-carrier application please obtain the credentials below directly from the carrier. Typically this information is obtainable from your carrier account manager or your internal logistics team.

Old Dominion Freight Lines does not have a concept of a test environment. Therefore you will need your production credentials to get started!

Assign APIs to your Old Dominion Developer Account

Before starting to create shipments please make sure that your carrier account is enabled to use the right API applications. You can do that by logging onto your Old Dominion developer account on the Developer Portal.

Once logged in go to Applications. You will see a list of your applications here.

Hover your mouse over the gear icon next to the application you want to add the APIs to and click Edit.

In the pop-up window select the API Management tab and check if you have e-bill-of-lading 3.1 and Token in the list.

If not, then click on the dropdown list under Choose an API and select one of these services. Click on I Accept the Terms and Conditions and Save the changes.
